Performance Review Files Clause Samples

The 'Performance Review Files' clause establishes the requirements and procedures for maintaining records related to employee performance evaluations. Typically, this clause outlines what documents must be included in the performance review file, such as evaluation forms, feedback notes, and any related correspondence, and may specify who has access to these files and how long they must be retained. Its core practical function is to ensure that there is a clear, consistent, and accessible record of employee performance assessments, which supports fair personnel decisions and compliance with organizational policies or legal requirements.
