Performance Services. (a) The Artist shall provide the performance services (“Services”) on the date(s) and time(s), and at the location, set forth on page one of this Agreement.
(b) No substitution of artists or speakers will be allowed without the prior written consent of the Association. The Association reserves the rights either to cancel the performance or renegotiate the fee with an appropriate reduction if substitutes appear for any or all the principals constituting the Artist.
Performance Services. Vyzze Global processes End User Personal Data as defined above when providing Performance Services to Customer. For the Service mPulse Vyzze Global solely processes Personal Data associated with End User activity and interaction with web and internet protocol sessions transiting Vyzze Global’s servers as part of an End User’s session with the Customer’s Content (“Site Personal Data”). Site Personal Data include data such as: a. End User IP address
Performance Services. For Performance, End User Personal Data is transmitted via Vyzze Global’s server network (without being stored) to ensure Customer Content can be accessed by End Users in a fast reliable and secure manner. Depending on the location of the End User and the Customer origin server, End User Personal Data may be transferred to a country recognized to have a non-adequate data protection level under Data Protection Laws (e.g., where an EU End User is accessing Customer Content on a Customer origin server located in the USA) For mPulse, Site Personal Data is collected, transferred, analyzed, stored and deleted, to enable Customer to understand the nature of End User traffic to their Customer Content, as well as to monitor the performance of Customer Content. Vyzze Global offers a service configuration, where, if chosen, the end user IP address embedded in the Site Personal Data is anonymized within in an instance after having been collected at the Vyzze Global server and the data further processed for website performance purposes, does not consist of Personal Data anymore. For this configuration Site Personal Data is only collected and anonymized.
Performance Services a. Performances: any matinee and/or evening performance of up to 3 hours duration (including intervals): any dress rehearsal open to a paying public audience when the net revenue exceeds £500
b. Rehearsals: any rehearsal of up to 3 hour’s duration (including breaks)
c. Intervals & Breaks: Performance intervals and Rehearsal breaks shall be of not less than 15 minutes duration. When a rehearsal and performance are scheduled on the same day there shall be a break of not less than 2 hours between the rehearsal and performance except in the case of a Short Call. Short Call: A Short call (for the purpose of supplementary rehearsal or sound balance) may be called on a Performance only day without additional payment. A Short Call may be of up to a maximum duration of 40 minutes and held within 2 hours and 10 minutes of the start of the Performance. Extended balance call: An Extended Balance Call (for the purpose of supplementary rehearsal or extended sound balance) will be of up to a maximum duration of one hour and held within 3 hours of the start of the Performance. Extended balance calls will be communicated with 28 days' notice and incur an additional payment detailed in the table below. Recit call: A Recit Call can be added for continuo players in addition to a Short Call on a Performance only day. A Recit Call may be up to a maximum duration of 30 minutes and held within 3 hours and 30 minutes of the start of the Performance. Recit Calls will be communicated with 28 days' notice and incur an additional payment detailed in the table below. Autumn / Spring Tours: 2023 / 2024 2024 / 2025
Performance Services. Performance Services (as defined in the Order) are charged on a per-click or per- impression basis (as indicated in the product description). If you have remaining budget for a Performance Service at the end of its service period, we will extend the service period for up to six (6) months; but at the end of this six- month extension, the budget will be deemed fully-earned and Glassdoor will not be responsible for further performance. (With respect to Job Ads, for clarity, your available Job Ad budget is reduced each time a job seeker clicks on a job listing and has the ability to view the job description.)

Performance Services. 1. The place of performance for the services commissioned shall be XXXXXXX’x premises. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client shall collect the goods there after notification of completion.
2. The place of performance of the payments to be made to XXXXXXX arising from the business relationship is the registered office of XXXXXXX.
3. The Client shall be obliged to effect acceptance as soon as it has been notified by XXXXXXX of the completion of the services commissioned.
4. The risk of any defects in the goods shall pass to the Client with the declaration of readiness for printing, unless these are defects which only arose or could only be detected in the production fol- lowing the declaration of readiness for printing.
5. The risk of destruction, loss or damage of the goods shall pass to the Client upon notification of completion of the goods.
6. Unless otherwise agreed, XXXXXXX shall determine the type and scope of the packaging. Disposable packaging shall be dis- posed of by the Client.
7. If the shipment is made in returnable packaging, this must be returned carriage paid within 30 days of receipt of the delivery. The Client shall be responsible for any loss of or damage to the returnable packaging.

Performance Services. Purpose of the Improved Performance service is to identify or anticipate 3DS Offerings performance issues on Customer production environment. Within the scope of the Improved Performance service: 3DS will first collaborate with Customer to jointly identify the critical usage scenarios (including data sets, applicable Releases) that are essential for its activity and define with Customer the acceptable and realistic wait times for end users’ usage scenarios. Then, Customer must replay, on a regular basis, the identified usage scenarios in its production environment on a Machine dedicated to the Improved Performance service in order to measure the actual performance (end user elapsed time) and communicate the results to 3DS. If Customer has performed the above mentioned performance measurements and communicate them to 3DS, 3DS will then, when applicable: • identify possible improvements (such as Maintenance Delivery or methodology) to be implemented by Customer; • send a report to Customer describing the performance results and the improvement actions to be implemented; • send a performance status to Customer with recommendations which may include best practices, guidelines and/or identified Corrections.
Performance Services. Beginning on May 11, 2022 and continuing for 2 years, the Public Agency shall receive the services described in the Performance Assurance Support Services Agreement (“PASS Agreement”), attached hereto as Exhibit G and incorporated herein by this reference, (the “PASS Services”).
Performance Services. For two (2) years, Public Agency shall receive the services described in the PASS Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit G (the “PASS Services”). At the end of the initial term of the PASS Agreement, and at the end of each subsequent term thereafter, the Public Agency may either
(1) continue with the same level of PASS Services as were provided in the previous term, (2) change the PASS Services level in accordance with the terms of the PASS Agreement, or (3) terminate the PASS Agreement in accordance with the termination provisions thereof.
