Common use of Performance Services Clause in Contracts

Performance Services. (a) The Artist shall provide the performance services (“Services”) on the date(s) and time(s), and at the location, set forth on page one of this Agreement. (b) No substitution of artists or speakers will be allowed without the prior written consent of the Association. The Association reserves the rights either to cancel the performance or renegotiate the fee with an appropriate reduction if substitutes appear for any or all the principals constituting the Artist.
