Common use of Performance Share Unit Clause in Contracts

Performance Share Unit. “Performance Share Unit” means a long-term incentive award representing the right to receive a Restricted Stock Unit or, in certain instances expressly set forth in this Agreement, a Common Share, as described in and subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Plan.

Performance Share Unit. “Performance Share Unit” means a long-term incentive award representing the right to receive a Restricted Stock Unit or, in certain instances expressly set forth in this Agreement, a one (1) share of common stock of the Company, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common ShareShares”), as applicable, as described in and subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Plan.

Performance Share Unit. “Performance Share Unit” means a long-term incentive plan award representing the right to receive a Restricted Stock Unit or, in certain instances expressly set forth in this Agreement, a Common Share, as described in and cash subject to the terms of this Agreement with respect to a three-year Performance Period. Each Performance Share Unit is indexed to the value of one share of Common Stock and will be earned annually over three years but will settle cumulatively in cash following the PlanCompany announcement of its earning with respect to the third year of the Performance Period, in each case, as further described below.
