Performance Share Units Grant. As of the Effective Date, subject to all required approvals, Executive shall receive a grant of 25,120 Performance Share Units under, and subject to the terms of, the Company’s 2020 Stock Option and Performance Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Retention PSU Award”).
