Performance Under Hedge Documents. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to comply fully with, and to otherwise perform when due, its obligations under, all applicable Hedge Documents and all other agreements evidencing, governing and/or securing any Hedge arrangement contemplated under this Section.
