Performance Under Hedge Documents. The Sponsor shall comply fully with, and otherwise perform when due, its respective obligations under all Hedge Documents. The Sponsor shall not exercise without Fxxxxxx Mac’s prior written consent, and shall exercise at Fxxxxxx Mac’s direction, any rights or remedies under any Hedge Document.
