Common use of Performance Under this Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that any Borrower fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations on or before the due date thereof, or if any Borrower shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause (b) of Section 2 hereof in the manner provided in the Loan Documents, each Guarantor immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.

Performance Under this Guaranty. In the event that any Borrower Debtor fails to make any payment of any Guaranteed Obligations Guarantied Obligations, on or before the due date thereof, or if any Borrower Debtor shall fail to perform, keep, observe, or fulfill any other obligation referred to in clause CLAUSE (b) of Section OF SECTION 2 hereof in the manner provided in the Loan Agreement or the other Loan Documents, each Guarantor as applicable, Guarantors immediately shall cause such payment to be made or each of such obligations to be performed, kept, observed, or fulfilled.
