Performing Arts Center. The Building includes an approximately 235-seat performing arts center (the “PAC”). Booking of the PAC shall be subject to availability on a shared basis with all other tenants in the Project. Tenant shall follow those procedures promulgated by Landlord from time to time to schedule use of the PAC. Tenant shall have the right to use the PAC so long as Tenant has scheduled such use of the PAC in advance in accordance with Landlord procedures.
