Performing Rights Sample Clauses
The Performing Rights clause grants permission for the public performance of a work, such as music, plays, or other creative content. It typically outlines who holds the right to authorize performances, whether live or broadcast, and may specify any required payments or reporting obligations to rights holders or collecting societies. This clause ensures that creators or rights owners are properly compensated and retain control over how and where their works are performed, addressing the need for legal clarity and protection in the use of creative works in public settings.
