Period for Review and Consideration of Agreement. Employee acknowledges that he has been given a period of twenty-one (21) calendar days to review and consider this Agreement before signing it. Employee further acknowledges that he may take as much of this twenty-one (21) day period of time to consider this Agreement as he wishes before signing this Agreement and that his signature within this time is entirely voluntary. Employee agrees that any modifications, material or otherwise, made to this Agreement do not restart or affect in any manner the original twenty-one (21) day consideration period.
