Period for Review and Consideration of Separation Agreement. Employee agrees: (1) that Employee has been given more than forty-five (45) days to review and consider this Separation Agreement before the deadline for submitting it; and (2) that as much of this period of time as Employee wishes may be used prior to reaching a decision regarding the signing of this Separation Agreement.
