Period for Withdrawal of Designation Where Deferment Is Not Possible Under Applicable Law. The period referred to in Article 11(3)(i) of the 1999 Act for the applicant to withdraw the designation of a Contracting Party whose law does not allow the deferment of publication shall be one month from the date of the notification sent by the International Bureau.
