Period of Availability of Grant Funds. (1) Funding for each Grant, other than Grants for infrastructure and other Grants that are not Operational Grants, shall generally be available for one year. Funding for infrastructure and projects that are not funded by Operational Grants shall be available for obligation for the time period described in the terms and conditions of the Grants.
