Period of Confidentiality. 13.4.1. The obligations under this clause 13.4 will continue, notwithstanding the expiry or termination of this Agreement: a. in relation to an item of information described in Item N – for the period set out in respect of that item; and b. in relation to any item of information agreed after the Date of this Agreement to be Confidential Information – for the period agreed by the parties in writing in respect of that item, and if no such period is agreed by the parties, in perpetuity.
