Period of Framework. 2.1 The Framework Agreement duration is for a period of 4 years or until it is sooner terminated by the Scottish Ministers. 2.2 The Framework Public Body reserves the right, if the Contractor is unable to fulfil its obligations under the Framework, to make a separate contract(s) for the services specified and to reclaim any additional costs incurred.
