Common use of Period of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Period of Guarantee. The Period of Guarantee will start on the date JetBlue initiates commercial operation of its first Aircraft (including for purposes of this Guarantee, the Leased Aircraft) powered by Eligible Engines and will terminate [****] years from that date.

Period of Guarantee.
