Periodic Notification of Outstanding Letters of Credit. Within five (5) Business Days following the last day of each calendar month, each Fronting Bank shall provide to the Agent a written report or statement (each an “L/C Statement”) listing all Letters of Credit that were issued by such Fronting Bank and were outstanding as of the last day of such month. Each L/C Statement shall include such detail as is necessary to identify the beneficiary of each Letter of Credit listed thereon and the outstanding face amount thereof. In addition, each Fronting Bank shall from time to time provide to the Agent an updated L/C Statement upon the Agent’s reasonable request.

  • New Letters of Credit So long as any Lender is a Defaulting Lender, no Issuing Bank shall be required to issue, extend, renew or increase any Letter of Credit unless it is satisfied that it will have no Fronting Exposure after giving effect thereto.

  • New Swing Line Loans/Letters of Credit Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, so long as any Lender is a Defaulting Lender, (i) the Swing Line Lender shall not be required to fund any Swing Line Loans unless it is satisfied that it will have no Fronting Exposure after giving effect to such Swing Line Loan and (ii) no L/C Issuer shall be required to issue, extend, renew or increase any Letter of Credit unless it is satisfied that it will have no Fronting Exposure after giving effect thereto.
