Periodic Reporting Requirements. The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of either Section 13 or Section 15(d) of the 1934 Act and files reports with the Commission on XXXXX.

At MSC’s reasonable request, Operator shall consult with and advise MSC with respect to all policies and procedures affecting the conduct of the business of the Casino and shall provide reports thereon as reasonably requested by MSC. The parties agree that to maintain communication generally between the individuals who will be involved in supervising the Casino, MSC or its designated representative(s) and the Senior Managers shall meet to review operations of the Casino as frequently as may be reasonably required by either MSC or Operator.

Periodic Reporting Requirements. During the term of this Agreement, the Jurisdiction must submit the following reports by the dates identified, respectively, or as otherwise required at the discretion of the Department. The Jurisdiction's performance under this Agreement will be based, in part, on whether it has submitted the reports on a timely basis.
A. Semi-Annual PI Expenditure/Performance Report: Submit by January 31 and July 31 of each year regardless of whether or not the Jurisdiction has any unexpended PI. PI Waivers or open Grants with no accomplishment are not excluded to the reporting requirement.

The Contractor is responsible for submitting to ADHS the periodic reports detailed in Exhibit A Contractor Periodic and Ad Hoc Reporting Requirements as applicable to 638 contracted facilities. The submission of late, inaccurate or otherwise incomplete reports shall constitute failure to report, and the Contractor will be subject to Terms and Conditions Paragraph H. 5
