Periodic Reporting Requirements. In addition to notifications of reportable conditions described in Section 6, periodic reporting will provide CDPHE, EPA, and the public with updated information pertaining to the surveillance and maintenance of the remedy prescribed in the final CAD/ROD. Analytical data and other information will be clearly presented along with summaries and evaluations to help interpret the data.
