Periodic Reporting Requirements. In addition to notifications of reportable conditions described in Section 6, periodic reporting will provide CDPHE, EPA, and the public with updated information pertaining to the surveillance and maintenance of the remedy prescribed in the final CAD/ROD. Periodic Reporting Requirements. During the term of this Agreement, the Jurisdiction must submit the following reports by the dates identified, respectively, or as otherwise required at the discretion of the Department.
