Periodic Reports by Guarantor. The Guarantor shall provide to the Guarantee Trustee, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Holders such documents, reports and information, if any, as required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act, and shall deliver to the Guarantee Trustee the compliance certificate required by Section 314(a)(4) of the Trust Indenture Act, each in the form, in the manner and at the times required by Section 314 of the Trust Indenture Act.
