Common use of Periodic Reports to Property Trustee Clause in Contracts

Periodic Reports to Property Trustee. Each of the Sponsor and the Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Trust shall provide to the Property Trustee such documents, reports and information as are required by (S) 314 (if any) and the compliance certificate required by (S) 314 of the Trust Indenture Act in the form, in the manner and at the times required by (S) 314(a)(4) of the Trust Indenture Act, such compliance certificate to be delivered annually on or before 120 days after the end of each fiscal year of the Sponsor. Delivery of such reports, information and documents to the Trustee is for informational purposes only and the Trustee's receipt of such shall not constitute constructive notice of any information contained therein or determinable from information contained therein, including the Trust's compliance with any of its covenants hereunder (as to which the Trustee is entitled to rely exclusively on Officer's Certificates).
