Common use of Periodic Reports to the Guarantee Trustee Clause in Contracts

Periodic Reports to the Guarantee Trustee. The Guarantor shall provide to the Guarantee Trustee, the Commission and the Holders, as applicable, such documents, reports and information as required by Section 314(a)(1)-(3) (if any) of the Trust Indenture Act and the compliance certificates required by Section 314(a)(4) and (c) of the Trust Indenture Act, any such certificates to be provided in the form, in the manner and at the times required by Section 314(a)(4) and (c) of the Trust Indenture Act (PROVIDED that any certificate to be provided pursuant to Section 314(a)(4) of the Trust Indenture Act shall be provided within 120 days of the end of each fiscal year of the Issuer).
