Periodic Review. The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.
Periodic Review. After approval of the GMP Change Order, the Program Manager and the Design-Builder shall review for approval each transfer to and from the Construction Contingency on a periodic basis as requested by the Design-Builder, but not less than quarterly. The Owner shall determine if the transfer is in compliance with the contract, and if so, the Owner shall not unreasonably withhold approval of the transfer. Additionally, the Design-Builder shall periodically review its accrued and anticipated Construction Contingency Costs and shall promptly inform Owner of Design-Builder's determination of the extent to which the remaining Construction Contingency exceeds Design-Builder's reasonably anticipated Construction Contingency Costs expected to be incurred prior to the issuance of a Final Certificate. Design-Builder shall in good faith negotiate with Owner for the release of any surplus of Construction Contingency over such anticipated Construction Contingency Costs so as to permit Owner to enhance the Project. Any such release shall be confirmed by Change Order. Release of Construction Contingency shall occur in a timely basis as to allow adequate decision making time for the Owner.

This Agreement should be reviewed at a minimum once per fiscal year; however, in lieu of a review during any period specified, the current Agreement will remain in effect. Contents of this document may be amended as required, provided mutual agreement is obtained from the primary stakeholders and communicated to all affected parties. Gateway Technical College and UW-Parkside will collaboratively review and approve articulation agreements on a three-year cycle, starting September 1, 2026 or earlier if there is substantial program change (e.g. 20 % change in program). PacifiCorp may in its discretion require Seller to make reasonable changes to the policies and coverages described in this Exhibit to the extent reasonably necessary to cause such policies and coverages to conform to the insurance policies and coverages typically obtained or required for power generation facilities comparable to the Facility at the time PacifiCorp's review takes place.

Periodic Review. Pursuant to CGC §65865.1, City shall engage in an annual review this Agreement, on or before the anniversary of the date of execution, in order to ascertain Owner’s good faith compliance with its terms (the “Periodic Review”). In the event City fails to formally conduct such annual review, Owner shall be deemed to be in full compliance with the Agreement.
