Common use of Permanent Disability Definition Clause in Contracts

Permanent Disability Definition. “Permanent Disability” shall mean any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve (12) months. Termination due to Permanent Disability shall mean a termination of Employee’s employment by the Company, based upon the Company’s determination in good faith that Employee has incurred a Permanent Disability.
