Common use of Permissible Activities of Manager Clause in Contracts

Permissible Activities of Manager. include but are not limited to (i) management of the Enterprise (ii) training, (iii) collections, (iv) cash management, (v) payment to itself of the Management Fees (and any other amounts due and owing to the Manager hereunder), (vi) payment to itself of other fees and amounts due and owing under any other agreements between Manager and COPR; and (vii) safety management and other roles as may be required by the COPR.
