Permissible Payers. Payers may include persons and entities, consumers and non-consumers, whom Customer wishes to xxxx and receive Payments from through the Xxxxxx Express Service. Bank reserves the right to decline to accept Payments from certain persons and entities. Customer agrees that it will not attempt to use the Service to receive any Prohibited Payments.
