Permissible Uses and Disclosures of PII. The CDO and CAC may create, collect, disclose, access, maintain, store, and use PII from Consumers only for CDO/CAC Authorized Functions identified in Section III.2 of the CMS-CDO Agreement and Section III.b of the agreement between CDO and CAC that is in effect as of the time the information is collected, unless the CDO and/or CAC obtains informed consent as described in Section 2(b) of this Appendix A.
