PERMISSION TO OCCUPY. (1) The Hirer shall only be entitled to occupy and use the part(s) of the Building at the times on the dates as identified in and for the purposes allowed by this Agreement. A separate application must be made for any occupation or use of the building outside the times and dates as approved, or for a purpose not identified by the Agreement.
