Permission to Use Space Clause Samples

Permission to Use Space. University grants Customer permission to use the space described in Attachment A (the “Space”) during the period described in Attachment A (“Use Period”). Any equipment or services to be provided by University in connection with Customer’s use of the Space are set forth in Attachment A.

Permission to Use Space. ISU grants Display Operator and Display Operator’s Sponsoring Organization (See Attachment A) permission to use the space described in Attachment A (Fireworks Application and Attachments and ISU Policy, Procedures) during the period described in Attachment A.
