Permissive Termination. A Party (the “Terminating Party”) shall have the option to terminate this Agreement upon the occurrence of any one or more of the events listed in section 2.7(a) (an “Event of Default”) in relation to the other Party (the “Defaulting Party”). Where an Event of Default has occurred, the Terminating Party may give notice to the Defaulting Party, in accordance with section 7.7, setting out the details of the Event of Default.
