Such Party has a Permit Failure, where such Permit Failure is not fully cured and corrected within thirty (30) days after the Non-Defaulting Party has provided written notice to the Defaulting Party; provided, however, that if a Party has more than three (3) Permit Failures during the Term, then such Defaulting Party shall no longer have the benefit of any cure period; or
