Common use of Permit or Contract Defaults Clause in Contracts

Permit or Contract Defaults. Promptly after the receipt thereof, true and complete copies of all surveys, follow-up surveys, licensing surveys, complaint surveys, examinations, compliance certificates, inspection reports, statements (other than those statements that are issued in the ordinary course of business), terminations and notices of any kind (other than those notices that are furnished in the ordinary course of business) issued or provided to the Lessee or any other Acceptable Licensed Operator by any Governmental Authority, Accreditation Body or any Third Party Payor, including, without limitation, any notices pertaining to any delinquency in, or proposed revision of, the Lessee's or any Acceptable Licensed Operator's obligations under the terms and conditions of any Permits or Contracts now or hereafter issued by or entered into with any Governmental Authority, Accreditation Body or Third Party Payor and the response(s) thereto made by or on behalf of the Lessee or any Acceptable Licensed Operator.

Promptly but in no event more than ten (10) days after the receipt thereof, true and complete copies of all surveys, follow-up surveys, licensing surveys, complaint surveys, examinations, compliance certificates, inspection reports, statements (other than those statements that are issued in the ordinary course of business), if any, terminations and notices of any kind (other than those notices that are furnished in the ordinary course of business) issued or provided to Lessee, the Lessee Manager or any other Acceptable Licensed Operator Sublessee by any Governmental Authority, Accreditation Body Body, or any Third Party Payor, including, without limitation, any notices pertaining to any delinquency in, or proposed revision of, Lessee's, the LesseeManager's or any Acceptable Licensed OperatorSublessee's obligations under the terms and conditions of any Permits or Contracts now or hereafter issued by or entered into with any Governmental Authority, Accreditation Body Body, or Third Party Payor and the response(s) thereto made by or on behalf of Lessee, the Lessee Manager or any Acceptable Licensed OperatorSublessee.
