Within ten (10) days after the issuance or the execution thereof, as the case may be, true and complete copies of (i) all Permits which constitute operating licenses for the Facility issued by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over assisted living matters and (ii) Contracts (involving payments in the aggregate in excess of $100,000 per annum), including, without limitation, all Provider Agreements.
