Common use of Permits and Documents Clause in Contracts

Permits and Documents. (a) Tenant, in a timely manner, shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect all permits, licenses, and approvals, and shall make and file all notifications and registrations, that Tenant is required to hold or to make by applicable Laws. Tenant shall at all times comply with the terms and conditions of any such permits, license, approvals, notifications, and registrations. (b) Landlord represents and warrants that it has all permits, licenses, and approvals that it is required to hold to lease the Premises to Tenant throughout the Term of this Agreement.
