Permits and Licenses; Compliance with Law. GRANTOR, at its expense, shall comply with all applicable legal requirements, including all federal, state, and local laws and regulations (including City ordinances, regulations and resolutions, and requirements of other agencies with jurisdiction), whether or not said laws or regulations are expressly stated in this Agreement, and obtain and maintain all necessary permits and licenses required in order to own, operate and maintain the Facilities.
