Common use of Permits and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Permits and Regulations. A. Before commencing the performance of any work, Contractor shall procure all necessary building permits for the erection of permanent structures, all other permits and licenses as may be necessary, and before and during the progress of work under this Contract, give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of every kind and nature now or hereafter in effect promulgated by any Federal, State, County, or other Governmental authority, including the City, relating to the performance of work under this Contract.
