Permits for Development of the Property. A. The Development Permits needed to be approved to complete development of the Property include, but are not limited to site plan reviews, conditional use permits, public project reviews, zoning permits, construction permits and renewals, repair permits, emergency permits, road and drainage construction plan approvals, building permits, sign permits, certificate of occupancy permits, applications for exceptions or variances, appeals to the Board of Zoning Appeals, water and wastewater permits, SCDOT encroachment permits, SCDHEC-OCRM land disturbance permits, and other permits referenced in the Charleston City Code or as required by state or federal regulatory agencies.
