Common use of Permits; Governmental and Other Approvals Clause in Contracts

Permits; Governmental and Other Approvals. The Company has all licenses, permits, consents, orders, approvals and other authorizations necessary for the conduct of its business as now being conducted. No approval, consent, authorization or other order of, and no designation, filing, registration, qualification or recording with, any Governmental Authority, domestic or foreign, is required for the Company’s performance of this Agreement, the Convertible Debenture or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
