Permits, Licenses and Approvals. The Company, at its sole cost and expense, pursuant to Section 4 of the Implementation Agreement, shall use reasonable efforts to acquire and maintain in effect all permits, licenses and approvals required by all Government Authorities, and local agencies, commissions and authorities with jurisdiction over the Company, the Facility and the Electrical Interconnection Facilities to enable it to perform its obligations under this Agreement. BPDB/PGCB, at its sole cost and expense, shall use reasonable efforts to acquire and maintain in effect all permits, licenses and approvals required by all Government Authorities with jurisdiction over BPDB in order to enable it to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
