Permits, Licenses and Approvals. Borrower shall properly obtain, comply with and keep in effect all governmental approvals, permits, certificates, licenses, inspections, consents and franchises (collectively, the “Licenses”) necessary to continue to conduct its business and to own, market, occupy, lease and operate the Property and the Improvements, including without limitation, all Licenses related to environmental laws, and shall promptly deliver copies thereof to Bondowner Representative.
