Permits, Licenses and Rights. Such Borrower and each Subsidiary of such Borrower own or possess all the patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses, franchises, permits and rights with respect to the foregoing necessary to own and operate their respective properties and to carry on their respective businesses as presently conducted and presently planned to be conducted without, to the best knowledge of such Borrower, conflict with the rights of others.
