Permits; Warranties. Seller shall deliver, to the extent in the possession of Seller, all original warranties and guaranties and original copies of all certificates, licenses, permits, authorizations and approvals issued for or with respect to the Property by governmental authorities having jurisdiction, except that photocopies may be substituted if the originals are posted at the Property or are otherwise not available.
