Common use of Permits Clause in Contracts

Permits. (a) Each Union official exercising statutory entry rights in relation to the Employer must provide the following to the Employer upon request on each occasion they visit site: (i) their Federal right of entry permit; and (ii) if they are exercising a right under the OHS Act, their permit under the OHS Act in addition to their Federal right of entry permit, and carry them with them at all times whilst on site.
