Permitted Affiliate Parent; Affiliate Subsidiary. (a) Any obligation in this Agreement of the Company or any Permitted Affiliate Parent to cause members of the Restricted Group to comply with any covenant shall be construed (i) such that the Company or any Permitted Affiliate Parent shall be required to cause only their respective Subsidiaries that are members of Restricted Group to comply with that obligation and (ii) as a direct obligation of each Affiliate Subsidiary (if applicable).
