Common use of Permitted Assignment by Enzo Clause in Contracts

All license rights and covenants contained herein shall run with the Licensed Enzo Patents and Enzo Patents, as such categories apply herein to the license rights and covenants contained in Sections 2.1 through 2.6, inclusive, and shall be binding on any successors-in-interest or assigns thereof.
