Permitted Assignment or Subletting by Franchisor. If Tenant is a franchisor, Tenant may assign its interest herein or sublet all or part of the Premises once to a bona fide franchisee or licensee of Tenant without the payment of the fee described in Section 18.01 (but subject to all other conditions contained therein), provided there shall be no change in the use of the Premises, provided Tenant notifies Landlord in writing thirty (30) days prior to such subletting or assignment and provided further such assignee or subtenant meets all of Tenant’s then nationwide franchise requirements including payment of the applicable standard franchise fee. Any subsequent subletting or assignment shall be subject to all the conditions of Section 18.01, including the payment of the fee.
