Common use of Permitted Business Activities Clause in Contracts

Permitted Business Activities. The Issuer shall not, and shall not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, engage in any business other than Permitted Businesses, except to such extent as would not be material to the Issuer and its Restricted Subsidiaries, taken as a whole; it being understood that the Issuer and its Restricted Subsidiaries shall be deemed to be in compliance with this Section 4.14 if the Issuer or its Restricted Subsidiaries acquire another Person that is primarily engaged in Permitted Businesses or acquire business operations that primarily consist of Permitted Businesses and continue to operate such acquired Person’s operations or such acquired business operations, as the case may be.
