Permitted Businesses. The Company will have all of the powers and authority granted by the Act, any other Law and this LLC Agreement, necessary, appropriate, advisable or convenient to the conduct, promotion or attainment of the Business Purpose of the Company. The Company may not conduct, however, any business or activities outside the scope of the Business Purpose.
