Common use of Permitted Businesses Clause in Contracts

Permitted Businesses. (a) The business of the Company shall be: (i) to acquire (in accordance with the Purchase Agreement and the Buyers Agreement), own, manage, operate, improve, develop, sell and otherwise deal with the Company Assets, and any other assets that may, from time to time, be acquired by the Company pursuant to this Agreement, directly or through Subsidiary Entities;
