Permitted Copy One Generation Copies. Subject to the requirements of Sections 2.5-2.7, a Licensed Product may not make, or cause to be made, a copy of Copy One Generation Decrypted DT Data unless each copy (a) is made as a Transitory Image or (b) is made using a method set out in Section 2.2.1. A Licensed Product may, alternatively, treat such Decrypted DT Data as Copy Never, provided that no retention under Section 2.1.1 of this Part 1 is permitted.
