Permitted Countries Report Sample Clauses

The Permitted Countries Report clause requires one party to provide a list or report identifying the countries where certain activities, such as data processing, storage, or service delivery, are authorized under the agreement. Typically, this report must be updated periodically or upon request, ensuring that both parties are aware of where operations are taking place. The core function of this clause is to maintain transparency and compliance with legal or contractual restrictions regarding geographic locations, thereby helping to manage regulatory risk and ensure adherence to jurisdictional requirements.
